Genedar · CRM with observability

# Customers, projects and systems. One platform.

CRM with integrated observability for IT companies: customers, projects and proposals together with the systems you operate, their availability, their vulnerabilities and multilingual reports, with ISMS software to follow. AI- and MCP-enabled, operable via chat. We use it to operate our own customer systems.

## From our own operational responsibility

Genedar is our own product. It brings together what companies otherwise spread across CRM, project tools, monitoring, hosting management, vulnerability scanners and document storage: accounts and contacts, projects, proposals and profiles, the website and asset inventory, availability and loading times, vulnerabilities and evidence. We have been developing Genedar since 2025 to bring customer, project and operational data together.

Anyone operating websites, platforms and applications for years must be able to say at any time which system belongs to which customer, who is responsible for it, whether it is available, which vulnerabilities are open and when someone last checked it. Genedar answers these questions from one platform.

## Four areas, one data foundation

The modules are listed here by the outcome they produce. Everything listed here is in production: we work with it today.

1. **Sales: the background is in the same system as the proposal.** Accounts, contacts, leads and opportunities sit alongside the documents they produce. Anyone writing a proposal sees the same customer's project history without switching tools. Consultant profiles and CVs are created from the same data and generated as PDFs.

2. **Delivery: project, system and contract are connected.** In Genedar, a project is not a folder but a connection: to the account, to the systems being operated and to the current contract. After go-live, nobody has to search for who is responsible for what, and no system ends up running without anyone owning it.

3. **Operations: the inventory that checks itself.** Every website and system being operated is in the inventory and checked continuously: availability, loading time, network behaviour, usage figures from the connected web analytics. Genedar automatically generates multilingual reports from these checks. A spike is never just a spike here: it belongs to a system, a project and an area of responsibility.

4. **Governance: evidence is created during operations, not before the audit.** Vulnerabilities, assets and evidence share the same data foundation as projects and systems. The status is available at any time and does not have to be reconstructed before an audit.

## Operate Genedar via chat

Genedar has an MCP interface. This means the platform makes its functions available for an AI agent to call, instead of someone clicking through screens. We therefore operate Genedar in natural language from the same agentic working environment in which we already develop. We have used this working environment internally since 2025, with our own skills, orchestrated subagents and connections to our operational tools. We have used generative AI since early 2023, with usage rules and guardrails for customer data.

Chat operation does not replace the interface. It replaces the route to it. The same rule applies as in every agent we build for customers: no source, no answer. Every answer states where it comes from and when the data was collected.

**Question:** “Which of the websites we support have become slower since the last report?”

**Answer:** “Three websites are below the previous month's value. In two cases, uncompressed images on the homepage are the cause; in one case, a newly integrated script. Source: the measurement runs from \[date\], linked for each website. The report is available as a PDF in German, English and Spanish.”

**Question:** “Which systems have an open vulnerability rated high, and who is responsible?”

**Answer:** “Two systems. Both are assigned to a project and a responsible party, with the check date alongside and a link to the proposed fix. Source: the vulnerability scan from \[date\].”

## We are the first customer

We use Genedar to operate our own customer systems. Availability, errors and vulnerabilities are visible to us because we apply the same tools to our own products as to your systems. An operational report we send you is the same report we work with internally.

Genedar is a tool, not a certificate or proof of compliance. Our information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, audited by TÜV SÜD; you can find the scope in the certificate. Genedar is one of the tools we use to manage assets, vulnerabilities and evidence in our own operations.

When we operate your systems, your inventory, reports, vulnerability status and responsibilities come from the same platform we use for our own.

Functionality

## In production in our own operations.

The modules we work with today, listed by the outcome they produce.

**Accounts and contacts** One customer record instead of scattered address books. Leads and opportunities show the sales status for each account.

**Proposals and documents from templates** Proposals are created with the project history in the same system. Consultant profiles and CVs are generated as PDFs.

**Project management with history** Complete history for each customer and system, linked to website, contract and operations. No system without assigned responsibility.

**Website and system inventory** A complete directory of the systems being operated, with continuous availability checks that make outages visible.

**Performance and network analyses** Measurement runs show changes in loading time; connected web analytics bring usage and technology together in one report.

**Automated reports** Reports in German, English and Spanish, generated from the checks without anyone compiling figures.

**Vulnerability and CVE view** Open vulnerabilities for each system, with responsibility, check date and a proposed fix.

**Asset and evidence view** Assets, vulnerabilities and evidence are maintained during ongoing operations. The evidence status is available without a special analysis.

**MCP interface** All functions can be called by AI agents. Natural language operation, with a source and data timestamp for every answer.

Who it is for

## Reports for customers, an overview for operations.

Three groups work with Genedar.

**Customers whose systems we operate** You receive the report without having to search for it: availability, loading times, vulnerability status and open issues, automatically generated in German, English or Spanish.

**IT leaders before awarding a contract** Genedar shows our actual operational discipline rather than a slide: inventory, responsibility, check status, evidence. The answer to what happens after go-live is a view, not a promise.

**Companies with the same problem** Anyone currently managing sales, projects and operations in separate tools will recognise their own situation in Genedar. We discuss its use in your operations in an initial conversation.

## Showing is easier than explaining

If you want to know what your operations look like once inventory, monitoring, vulnerabilities and responsibility are in one place, we can discuss it using a specific system of yours. In the initial conversation, we clarify your task and a sensible starting point. For an assessment or implementation, you receive a proposal with scope, deliverables and costs before commissioning us. We respond within one working day.
