An anniversary, an award for a project, a release after a tough sprint: we find reasons to celebrate. And when there isn't one, we cook together in the kitchen that gives us our name. The work is demanding enough; the rest can be easy.

Two locations. One team.

Hanover and Jerez are two offices, but one team. We work in mixed teams on the same projects, meet for workshops and hackathons in both locations, and anyone who wants to work from the other office for a while will find a desk and colleagues happy to welcome them.

We regularly step away from the routine: trying new tools, putting tasks on the pinboard and building together until things work. Sometimes in Hanover, sometimes in Jerez. What comes out of these sessions often goes straight into customer projects.
