SharePoint or standalone intranet software?
If Microsoft 365 is already your team's workspace, we recommend SharePoint. Documents, permissions, Teams and search are already in place, and the intranet builds on them without an additional platform or login.
Standalone intranet software may be a better fit if many employees do not have their own Microsoft 365 account, for example in manufacturing, care or retail, or if the intranet is primarily intended for internal communication. We work with you to establish which approach works for you, based on licences, audiences and existing systems.
SharePoint applications for your processes
We develop forms, approvals, document management and specialist functions to fit your workflows. We first clarify data, roles and exceptions. We then implement the application in verifiable steps and document interfaces and operations.

Dynamics 365 when the task requires it
For sales and service processes, we connect Dynamics 365 to SharePoint and Power Platform or adapt existing Dynamics environments. Our work focuses on SharePoint, Power Platform and agents; Dynamics is added where customer relationships and company data need to be managed on the same data foundation.
Power Apps for clearly defined business tasks
We use Power Apps to implement forms and business applications in the Microsoft environment. Together, we clarify which data is processed, who performs which steps and where approvals are required. Only then do we select data sources, app type and automation.
Connecting data sources in a controlled way
Power Apps can connect Microsoft 365, Dataverse and other systems. We define which system remains responsible for which data. We consider permissions, error cases and logging alongside usability.
Applications for each workplace
We check whether an app will be used in a browser, on mobile devices or within Microsoft Teams. We adapt the interface and inputs to this context. We clarify offline requirements and device functions before implementation.
Automation with visible statuses
Where needed, we connect recurring tasks and approvals with Power Automate. Statuses, deadlines and escalation paths remain visible to those involved. Errors are logged and have a defined handling process.
Power BI for shared metrics
Power BI connects data models, reports and dashboards. We start with the questions your team needs to answer and define metrics and data responsibilities accordingly. Access, updates and quality assurance are part of the reporting concept.
Reports with a specific purpose
Every view should support a decision or a work step. We select charts, filters and levels of detail for this purpose. We document business definitions directly in the data model so that metrics are understood consistently.
Data sources with clear origins
We connect the sources required and record where data originates, how it is transformed and when it is available. Plausibility checks and visible update statuses help put reports in context.
From data model to operations
We develop the data model, calculations and reports in agreed steps. We configure workspaces, access, updates and deployment to suit your Microsoft environment. Documentation and handover make the solution maintainable for your team.
