From .NET Framework to current .NET
Many business applications still run on .NET Framework 4.x: ASP.NET web applications, WPF and WinForms programs, Windows services and Office add-ins with VSTO. We move them to current .NET 9 or 10, and thus to a platform that Microsoft continues to maintain, runs on Linux and in containers, and is significantly faster.
To do this, we inventory dependencies, replace unsupported libraries, migrate ASP.NET MVC and Web Forms to ASP.NET Core, move data access to EF Core and replace VSTO add-ins with Office web add-ins. Migration proceeds in traceable steps, tests safeguard critical processes, and operations, with deployment, configuration and diagnostics, become part of the handover.
Developing existing applications further
Not every application needs an immediate migration. We also take over running .NET systems, fix bugs, add new features and adapt them to new requirements, such as certificate-based authentication or changed interfaces. We plan modernisation where it reduces risks or saves costs.
