VinoVista · Experience and commerce platform

Book, sell, operate.
From one system.

VinoVista connects tastings and events, shop and inventory management, trade portal and till in one platform, under each business's own brand. Built and run by us, in use at genusswerte.com.

An experience business sells bookable dates, a specialist retailer sells products, and a restaurateur and a wholesale customer want both. A seat for an evening, a bottle from stock, a voucher for later, a pallet at the net price. VinoVista brings these processes together in one data foundation: booking, voucher, payment, shop, inventory management, till and customer account. The platform currently runs at genusswerte.com and was built from the outset for multiple locations and multiple businesses, rather than just one.

We designed and developed the platform for genusswerte.com and have been running it since 2026.

Modules

What VinoVista can do today.

Six areas that a business can use individually or together:

Booking and ticketsTastings and events with capacity quotas per location and time slot, recurring series, rebooking under clear rules and cancellation. Guests book and pay for a seat directly online, without a customer account if preferred. Table reservations go straight to the location's back office.

Vouchers and proper receiptsVouchers from sale and validation to redemption in the shop, at the till and in the back office, including partial redemption and gifts. Single-purpose and multi-purpose vouchers are treated correctly for VAT, invoices and cancellation invoices are generated automatically, and voucher withdrawal rules are built into the booking process.

Shop and inventory managementOnline shop for wine, fine food, cheese, gift baskets and vouchers, with age confirmation, collection or delivery within Germany. Inventory management maintains separate prices for each item for the till, hospitality, trade and shop, tracks stock and generates shelf labels and menus. Items, prices and sales are synchronised automatically with the ready2order till.

Trade portal for business customersSince October 2026, a dedicated portal at its own address for hospitality and trade: registration with company details and VAT ID, approval by the operator, net prices and pack sizes, current stock, ordering with advance payment, card or invoice with payment terms, collection, own delivery or parcel shipping.

Customer accountGuests see bookings, orders, vouchers and invoices in one place, download invoices and manage addresses and newsletter consent. The account also works when embedded in the business's website. Booking confirmations and notifications arrive by email and through the WhatsApp Business API.

Your own brandBooking, shop and customer account can be embedded in your own website, so guests stay within your brand. Logo, colours, fonts and emails are consistent across the back office, portal and emails, with automatic contrast checking against WCAG 2.2 AA.

One system, multiple businesses.

Functions are modules enabled per installation: direct booking, guest access, trade portal, inventory management in the shop, shop extensions and custom branding. A business sees and pays for only what it uses.

Each business gets its own instance with its own Stripe payment account and email domain. Customer data and defaults are not hard-coded anywhere. Adding another business is therefore a configuration task rather than a new project. An AI assistant helps with setup and with maintaining product data through the Model Context Protocol.

Manage centrally, operate locally.

Within a business with multiple locations or franchise partners, data and settings are separate. This means four specific things:

First: data is separated by location. One location cannot see another's bookings, including through references to other locations' records.

Second: prices, product ranges and tax rates can be configured per location without anyone touching code.

Third: head office has a view across all locations that no individual location has.

Fourth: a new location is created through configuration, rather than a copy of the application.

How we develop and run VinoVista.

We have been responsible for running the platform since 2026: hosting in Germany, releasing new versions, monitoring, backups and handling incidents. A fault in the booking process on a Friday evening is therefore our fault, rather than someone else's. That changes how you develop. The operator sees in one overview which background tasks are running. More than 8,000 automated tests run with every change.

In October 2026, we further tightened data separation by location and franchise partner and added protection against misuse to login and payment processing.

For the EU Data Act, we describe how businesses can export their data and switch providers, with a public register of export formats: VinoVista and the Data Act.

Our information security management system is certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022, audited by TÜV SÜD. You can find the scope in the certificate. The certification applies to the management system, not to this platform, an individual service or the operation as a whole.

VinoVista for your business.

Anyone who needs to bring together bookable dates, goods, payments and multiple businesses faces the same decisions: where is the tenant boundary? How do prices and tax rates become configurable rather than hard-coded? What does a booking process look like that survives a cancellation? How do you test a payment flow automatically without moving real money on every run?

VinoVista answers these questions in live operation. Whether tastings, tours, courses, a specialist shop with stock or a trade business serving business customers: we discuss how it fits your business in an initial conversation.
